One part that confused me.. when practicing each part separately, what do we do with the other two segments of the torso? For example, if I am focusing on the clavicular part, what do I do with abdomen and ribcage? When it’s separated, is this simply to help us focus on each section? Or do we still let the abdomen pop out, ribcage expand, even though we are “focusing” on the clavicular area and its movement?
Separate practice is done so that we can do the entire practice together, in this you have to do all three abdomen, chest and clavicle breathing together.

I saw ur video. Try to follow ur exercises.but u hv already knee pain, some I count do.sply the one with block , as I hv no block I used cushion hope this okay. And the last one legs knee to keep other legs knee I am able to do right leg. But left leg cudnot. I hope by practice i can do. This block one can v do in sitting chair. Ur answer is awaiting. Tku
practice it slowly with consistency . You can use a cushion instead of a block.
